It's officially FALL.
And that means chili and cornbread. Thanks to Pinterest I found that adding a yellow cake mix to the cornbread mix makes AMAZING moist cornbread.
Whisk all ingredients from both boxes. (the mixes, eggs, milk, water.)
Pour into a greased baking pan or muffin tin.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes (less for muffins) or until a toothpick comes clean out of the center.
Cut and serve with butter or top with chili!
Today I used a 13x9 baking pan, so I used 2 cornbread mixes and 1 cake mix. I could have made 2 of each mix for a thicker, moister cornbread. But it was still so goooood!
