This was true today. Mondays are always busy and today was no different. Since I was also still having a little bit of leg pain, I debated going for a run this morning. The weather has turned cold, so that doesn't help!
But I put on my layers and laced up my shoes! When it's done, I'm always glad that I went.
3 miles today and my leg felt much better. Not pain-free, but better! So I'll continue with 2 days off and no more than 3 miles until it's completely healed.
Worst case scenario over the winter is that I only get a few miles a couple times a week. But this will still put me in a better position come springtime.
