What are my payment options?
You can pay for your order with your credit or debit card, or use your PayPal balance. Credit and debit cards are processed by PayPal, but you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account. Follow the instructions on the checkout page.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes! I welcome custom orders. If you have an idea for a necklace and don't already see it on my website, contact me Cathy@JustJaynes.com
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship 1-4 business days after you place your order.
When will I receive my order?
Orders shipped my US First Class mail will arrive 3-5 days after shipping. Orders that ship by US Priority Mail. Your order will arrive in 2-3 days after shipping.
Will my necklace look exactly like the photo?
Probably not! Each letter is hand stamped on to the pendant or charm. They may not aline perfectly, but this adds "charm" to the piece and makes it truly unique.
Can you stamp on both sides of the pendant?
Not typically. The stamping process leaves marks on the backside of the pendant. Stamping on the back would leave unattractive marks on the front.
What type of metals do you use?
All of the charms, pendants, and chains are sterling silver, unless otherwise noted.
Returns and Exchanges
Because each piece is custom, returns are typically not accepted. If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, contact me right away. I want every customer to be a happy customer!
Payment
Payments are processed by PayPal. You can use your PayPal balance to pay for an order or you may use your credit or debit card without having a PayPal account.
Shipping
All orders are shipped by US Mail.
Packaging
All orders are nicely packaged in a gift box, ready for you to give to the lucky lady!
